(LOUISVILLE) – An attorney for former Bardstown Police Chief Rick McCubbin was in court Thursday morning on his behalf.
McCubbin is facing a domestic violence charge from an incident in June.
According to WLKY, the attorney said he reached an agreement with the state for McCubbin to sign up for alcohol counseling. The attorney concluded if everything is in order by his next court date in December then the case will be dismissed.
